These are the purchase, access, and refund terms of Value Construction LLC for Value Training digital course purchases sold through this website.
Where mandatory consumer-protection law grants rights that cannot be limited, those rights take precedence over this page.
1. Scope
These terms apply to purchases of Value Training digital courses sold through this website. The current Value Training offering is “Cost Engineering Foundations — CCP Preparation Pilot.” It is a focused pilot covering selected foundational cost-engineering concepts relevant to CCP preparation and is not the full 40-hour CCP curriculum. These terms do not replace the website Privacy Policy or the general website Terms of Use. They explain how course purchase, access, and refunds are handled for training transactions.
2. Seller and contact
The seller is Value Construction LLC. For purchase, access, or refund questions, contact Value Training at info@valueconstructionllc.com.
3. Price and payment
The current regular price of Cost Engineering Foundations — CCP Preparation Pilot is USD 499, as shown at checkout. Optional promotional pricing may be offered later through a coupon or other promotion. Payment is collected at checkout in USD using the payment methods displayed there. Prices shown at checkout are the prices that apply to that order. Applicable taxes may be charged where legally required and shown at checkout.
The paid Value Training offering is currently available to customers in the United States, excluding Wyoming.
4. Account requirement
A Value Training customer account is required. You may create an account during checkout if you do not already have one. Course access is personal to that account.
5. When access begins
Course access begins after a successful, eligible payment and enrollment. Incomplete, abandoned, or failed payments do not create course access.
6. Access period
Access lasts 365 days from successful enrollment. Access is not lifetime. When the access period ends, course access ends. Your customer account, order history, and identity records remain.
7. Personal, non-transferable access
Course access is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, share, or otherwise transfer your enrollment or login to another person.
8. Duplicate purchase while access is active
If you already have current active access to the same course, you cannot purchase that course again. After access expires, or after access has been fully refunded and revoked, you may purchase again unless another commercial rule applies. A partial refund that leaves access in place continues to block a duplicate purchase.
9. Standard refund window
You may request a standard commercial refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. Standard refund eligibility also requires that you have completed less than 20% of the course. Completion is determined from the learning-platform record where available; otherwise support may review available activity records. Refund requests are reviewed by Value Training. Refunds are not issued automatically by the website.
10. Full refunds
A full refund, once approved and completed, removes course access.
11. Partial refunds
Partial refunds are a discretionary administrative adjustment. A partial refund ordinarily retains course access. It does not automatically revoke access.
12. Failed or duplicate payments
Failed payments and duplicate charges are corrected regardless of the 14-day standard commercial refund window. That correction is an accounting/payment correction, not a discretionary commercial refund.
13. Cancellation and access
If a completed training order is cancelled in a way that withdraws the purchase, course access is revoked. Historical order and customer records are retained.
14. Misuse and account sharing
Account sharing, credential sharing, or other misuse of course access may result in suspension or revocation of access. Value Training may take reasonable steps to protect the integrity of the program.
15. Course content and updates
The course is a digital training program. Value Training may make reasonable updates to course content, platform presentation, or related materials during the access period. Availability may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
16. Certification and examination disclaimer
This program is preparation training. It does not guarantee examination results, eligibility, or certification. Successful completion of the program is not the same as earning a professional credential.
17. Certificate
Learners who satisfy the published course completion requirements may receive a Value Training Certificate of Completion. The certificate is issued by Value Training and is not an AACE International credential, certification, or designation.

AACE® and CCP® are registered trademarks of AACE International. Value Training / Value Construction LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of AACE International unless separately evidenced.
19. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing on this page attempts to waive rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived. Where mandatory consumer-protection law requires a different outcome, that law takes precedence over conflicting commercial terms on this page.
