What you have to decide
A contractor’s decisions are about sequence, productivity, and contractual time. You have to know whether the baseline is executable, whether progress is being measured against the same logic the site is using, and whether change and delay are being recorded while the facts are still available.
Value Construction is not the EPC contractor and does not assume the contractor’s execution, safety, or quality duty. The offer is planning, controls, cost, and commercial-record support on the contractor’s side of the table.
