Energy projects often sit next to live facilities. Construction windows are constrained by shutdowns, permits and the need to keep utilities available. Equipment with long fabrication times arrives on a different clock from site labour. We do not claim process-design or EPC headcount we do not hold. The delivery problem we address is coordination: construction, schedule and commercial control against those interfaces through commissioning and closeout.
