1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Value Construction LLC (“Value Construction”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the public website at valueconstructionllc.com and related website features that we operate.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

• Website enquiry details: full name, company or organisation, business email address, phone number (if you provide it), country (if you provide it), selected service, message, submission time, source page, and whether notification email was sent.
• Account details: username, name, email address, and a password stored in hashed form.
• Order and commerce details: billing details, order records, cart and checkout session data, and account information associated with a purchase.
• Training/learning details: information used to create or link a learning-platform account and enrol you in a course, typically username, email address, first name, and last name.
• Technical data generated by using the site, such as pages requested and cookies or similar storage needed to operate the site.

We do not use the website to collect payment card numbers for storage by Value Construction. When card payment functionality is used, payments are processed through Stripe.

3. How We Collect Information

We collect information that you submit (for example the contact form, account registration, or checkout), information created when you use an account or place an order, and information that the website or its service providers generate in order to operate those features.

4. How We Use Information

We use this information to:

• respond to project and training enquiries;
• operate customer accounts and orders;
• provide access to purchased training where that flow is used;
• operate, secure, and maintain the website;
• communicate about an enquiry, account, or order using the contact details you supplied.

The public contact form is not used to subscribe you to unrelated marketing. There is no newsletter signup on the current public site.

5. Website Enquiries

Enquiries submitted through the contact form are stored as private enquiry records and emailed to our operational mailbox. The record is kept even if email delivery is delayed. We use the information to review and respond to the enquiry. We have not established a fixed numerical retention period for enquiry records; they are kept as needed for that purpose and for ordinary business records.

6. Customer Accounts and Orders

If you create an account or place an order, we store the account and order information required to provide that service. Guest checkout is not available, so purchases use an account. We have not set an automatic deletion or anonymisation schedule after a fixed number of days or months.

7. Training / Learning Platform

Training products may use Edwiser to connect the website with a Moodle learning platform. When that integration is used, a corresponding learning-platform account may be created or updated and you may be enrolled in a course. The user fields used for that account typically include username, email address, first name, and last name. You may also be able to sign in to the learning platform from the website.

8. Payments

When card payment functionality is used, payments are processed through Stripe. Value Construction does not store full payment-card numbers in WordPress as part of this payment arrangement. Stripe may receive the payment and transaction information needed to process the payment.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The site currently uses cookies or similar technologies needed for functions such as authentication, cart, checkout, and payment processing. We do not currently use the public site for advertising or behavioural analytics.

10. Service Providers

We use service providers to operate the website, including website hosting and infrastructure, email delivery through Zoho, payment processing through Stripe, and learning-platform services through Moodle and the Edwiser integration.

11. Data Retention

We have not adopted a published numerical retention schedule for website enquiries, accounts, or orders. Information is retained as needed to provide the relevant service, respond to requests, and keep ordinary business records, and may be deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed or when we are required to do so.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect information processed through the website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

13. Your Choices / Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy question, by emailing info@valueconstructionllc.com. We may need to verify the request. Account holders can also review some profile information by signing in.

14. International Processing

The website is publicly reachable. Information may be processed by Value Construction and by the service providers identified above, which may operate in more than one country.

15. Children

The website and current training products are intended for professional users. They are not directed at children. If we later offer a product aimed at children, we will update this policy before that product is offered.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the website’s behaviour or our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
